Information we collect
We may receive information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, appointment selection, scheduling details, service notes, communication choices, order information, and attribution source. Hosting and security providers may also process basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps.
Please do not submit health information
This is a marketing website, not a medical-record or patient portal. Do not use a contact form or ordinary email to send diagnoses, health histories, medication lists, treatment photographs, insurance details, or other sensitive medical information.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to questions, coordinate appointments, protect the site from spam or abuse, and understand basic website performance. MERENNE does not sell personal information.
New-client offer requests
The first-visit offer form requires your first and last name, email, and phone to identify your request and check eligibility. Submitting contact details is not marketing consent. Optional email and SMS choices are recorded independently with a signup timestamp and consent version, and are unchecked by default. Maria manages these requests privately. Duplicate requests do not create another claim or change your original choices. The offer is verified and redeemed manually at the studio; it does not automatically change online payment totals.
Service providers and payments
MERENNE uses contracted providers to host the application and database and may use providers to process payments, send transactional email or SMS, prevent abuse, and fulfill configured orders. Payment-card details are entered directly into the payment processor’s hosted checkout and are not stored by MERENNE. Social and mapping links are governed by their providers’ terms.
Retention and choices
Contact information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was provided, legal requirements, or legitimate business records. You may request access, correction, or deletion using the contact methods published on the Visit page.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated as the website’s tools and providers are finalized. The date above will be revised when material changes are published.
